Yes. GGS maintains broad access to parts across most major gas generator brands. Because rapid response is important to us, we have an extensive inventory. Fast access to replacement parts helps minimize instrument downtime, maintain laboratory productivity, and reduce disruptions to analytical workflows and reporting schedules.

Yes. NitroLease™ is GGS’s lease-to-own program that allows laboratories to acquire nitrogen generators through predictable OPEX monthly payments. And the program integrates preventive maintenance as well.

We recommend them to all our customers for peace of mind. Our customized preventive equipment maintenance and service programs are available at several levels, we can determine which one works best for you.

We recommend a minimum annual preventive maintenance, though higher-demand environments may require more frequent service. We’ll provide guidance and establish a schedule.
